TITLE	Tropical Geometry and Cohomology
ABSTRACT	Tropical geometry is a combinatorial analog of algebraic geometry. Some invariants of algebraic varieties can be expressed as invariants of their tropicalizations. In particular, tropical cohomology is isomorphic to cohomology of algebraic varieties in some case, and is isomorphic to Chow groups (i.e., formal sums of algebraic subvarieties modulo certain equivalence relations) in another case. In this talks, I would like to introduce tropical geometry and tropical cohomology.
